Science is an integral component of any military career. Just think of the intimate relationship between scientific developments and its use in the armed forces. This is why the US military bodies require you to have a fundamental level of science, one that allows you to progress and advance within your chosen military specialty. Let’s be clear though – you do not need to have an in-depth view of all science subjects but are, instead, required to possess a rudimentary level of some particular topics. It’s worth noting that the ASVAB General Science test is just one sub-test of your overall ASVAB exam. In fact, there are nine such sub-tests that compose the entirety of this ASVAB test.
